Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Under EU consumer rules, the withdrawal period for distance sales is generally 14 days.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day:

  • on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in one order and they are delivered together;

  • on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good, if you ordered multiple goods in one order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example by email or post.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional costs resulting from that choice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Under EU consumer guidance, consumers are generally responsible for return shipping costs within the cooling-off period unless the trader agrees to pay or failed to inform them in advance.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalised. EU consumer guidance explicitly lists clearly personalised or made-to-order goods as an exception to the 14-day cooling-off period.

This applies in particular to personalized add-ons, such as an individually recorded video message created specifically for your order.
