These Terms and Conditions apply to consumers and, where applicable, to business customers, unless otherwise stated. German law distinguishes between consumers and traders, with a consumer being a natural person acting for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in this online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button and completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by shipping the goods.

4. Products and availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

If a product is no longer available after an order has been placed, we reserve the right not to accept the order or to withdraw from the contract if we are unable to fulfill it. In that case, any payments already made will be refunded without undue delay.

For limited products, quantities may be strictly limited. If a limited product is sold out, it will no longer be available for purchase.

5. Prices and payment

All prices shown in the store are stated in the currency displayed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable VAT where legally required.

Shipping costs are charged separately and are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship only to the countries currently offered in the store at checkout.

Delivery times and shipping conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.

If delays occur that are outside our control, including customs processing, carrier issues, or force majeure, delivery times may be extended accordingly.

If delivery of the goods fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer shall bear any additional costs resulting from re-delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our Right of Withdrawal policy.

EU consumer rules generally provide a 14-day withdrawal period for distance sales, subject to specific exceptions.

8. Exclusion of withdrawal / personalized and digital add-ons

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception under applicable law applies.

This applies in particular to:

  • goods that are clearly personalized or made to the customer’s individual specification

  • digital or personalized add-ons that are created specifically for the customer, such as an individually recorded video message

EU consumer law and German law recognize exceptions to the withdrawal right for certain personalized goods and digital content situations.

9. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Defects and statutory warranty rights

The statutory warranty rights apply.

If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on which the customer may regularly rely. In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

The above limitations do not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or where liability is mandatory under applicable law.

12. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another country, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected. Under EU consumer rules, consumers cannot be deprived of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of habitual residence through a simple choice-of-law clause.

13. Dispute resolution

The European Commission previously provided an Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumer disputes, but that platform has been discontinued. Since the legal landscape around dispute resolution notices can depend on whether you participate in ADR schemes, this clause should be aligned with your actual ADR position before publication.
