We currently ship to selected countries only.

Shipping is available to:
Canada, Chile, Colombia, Egypt, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the European Union, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, Uruguay, and Vietnam.

If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship there.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been received.

Please note that limited or personalized items may take slightly longer to prepare.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country and the size of the order.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping provider.

Estimated delivery times may vary, especially for international orders. Delays caused by customs, local postal services, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If your order has not arrived

Before contacting us, please check the following:

  • your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • whether your local postal service is holding the package

  • whether the package was left with a neighbor or in a safe place

If the address was correct and your order still has not arrived, please contact us at support@rammor.shop and include your order number.

Returned shipments

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept the shipment, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for reshipment.
